The location here is absolutely stunning, just a short walk from the train station, and the room was generally well-kept with beautiful wooden floors.

Its location was great and fantastic, very close to the train station, and Kleine Scheidegg. The room was neat, and well-maintained, with central heating, a seating area, and a study table.

Loved this old-fashioned hotel: fabulous food and outstandingly accommodating staff. The rooms were great-sized and bright with MAGNIFICENT views of the mountains. The bathroom was clean, included a hairdryer and a shower cap.

Stayed in a fantastic king room and we absolutely loved it! the food was top-notch with a wide selection of dishes on the menu. 🍽️.

It has a historic character, beautiful location, and simple but good standard

I was there slightly off-season and was not met by any receptionist or staff, but there was a written message and welcome at the reception leading me to the room. It worked well, but wouldn't be ideal for someone less travelled.

The hotel was spacious and fairly clean. the junior suite had central heating, a work desk, and a seating area. the setting was stunning, being so close to Jungfraujoch and the railway station. St Doulagh's Church, a main attraction, was only 5 km away. the experience was excellent.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Staff were very nice, pleasant and accomodating. Don't understand any of the negative comments from other guests, especially the "needs updating" The charm of this hotel is that it is not modern but a well maintained old swiss hotel. Very quaint.

The room is quite big, and clean. Although it has a quite long histroy, the barthroom has been renovated.

The hotel seems lack of staffs,especially around dinner time. The dinner place is not inside the hotel, which is not convience

Our rooms were reasonably large with amazing views. the location was great and stunning, near the railway station. it was really close to Männlichen and restaurants.

when we reached hotel with our luggage we were totally exhausted. It looks very close but while walking steep in hill not easy with luggage.

I stayed in a standard room equipped with central heating and a convenient work desk. the hotel's proximity to a tram station, as well as a supermarket and nearby shops, made it incredibly convenient. Without a doubt, it served as an excellent base for my trip.

Fairly clean and wonderful hotel with MAGNIFICENT view of the mountains. Historic building and rooms with cozy decoration. Satisfactory breakfast selection, accommodating staff. Really nice experience there.
